We are at a pivotal moment in our journey. As we continue through significant business and HR transformation, we are evolving and improving our Colleague Experience through the moments that matter. We have just completed an extensive round of colleague listening and developed a focused Colleague Experience Roadmap, and now we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to help bring this to life. This is a unique opportunity to help shift to a product-led model and help define new ways of working. You will be a key member of a collaborative and high achieving cross‑functional team, working alongside our Experience and Product Transformation Lead. Together, you will ensure that as we implement our new HR system, the colleague experience remains the central focus of our decision making.

The Role

As our Colleague Experience (CX) Project Manager, you will be leading on the delivery for our CX Roadmap. You will bridge the gap between our strategy and practical delivery, ensuring that our "moments that matter" are supported by seamless digital and physical processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Delivery: Lead the execution of the CX Roadmap, ensuring all deliverables are on track and aligned with our broader transformation goals.
  • Turning Insight into Action: Translate findings from colleague listening groups into actionable plans that measurably improve the colleague lifecycle.
  • Product‑Led Evolution: Support our transition to a product‑led HR model, ensuring new system designs are intuitive and meet the needs of our people.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and third‑party partners to ensure collective accountability and success.
  • Evidence‑Based Improvement: Establish clear metrics and use a "continued listening" strategy to guide our progress and inform future decisions.

About You

You are a project management professional who thrives on creating positive change. You are comfortable navigating the early stages of improving our Colleague Experience and with being involved in the details to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Your Experience & Skills

  • The Essentials: A proven track record in HR Project Management and delivering complex initiatives. You will ideally have a good understanding of the colleague lifecycle or developing people cultures and are proficient with modern project tools.
  • Delivery Focused: You excel at turning a broad vision into a clear, deliverable plan and use data to support your recommendations and measure outcomes.
  • Relationship Focus: You are a skilled communicator, able to build trust across different functions and guide stakeholders toward shared goals.
  • How you work: Naturally curious about the business, making connections and improving ways of working. Personable and has a can‑do approach to tasks. Someone who is collaborative, open minded and tenacious. Being naturally solutions focused and dedicated to achieving great outcomes for our people.

Benefits

  • Financial Wellbeing: Competitive bonus, Save‑As‑You‑Earn scheme, and an enhanced contributory pension.
  • Health & Protection: Private Medical cover and Life Assurance.
  • Discounts & Perks: Generous colleague discount plus a savings platform offering cashback at numerous retailers, gym memberships, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
