At Wickes, our stores are all about creating great experiences for customers and colleagues. As a Twilight Replenishing Assistant, you'll be instrumental in getting our store ready for the next day's trading. This vital role involves:
- Stock Management: Efficiently restocking shelves, ensuring products are in the right place and the store is well-organized for our customers. This is a physically demanding role that involves manual handling.
- Store Preparation: Taking accountability for preparing the store for successful trading, including unloading deliveries and maintaining a tidy and safe environment.
- Customer Support (Occasional): While your primary focus is replenishment, you may occasionally assist customers with questions or direct them to the right area if the store is open. Predominantly, your work will be performed when the store is closed to customers.
We are looking for 2 permanent colleagues for 24 hours per week:
- Shift pattern 1: Sunday 3 pm - 12 am; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 6 pm - 12 am.
- Shift pattern 2: Sunday 3 pm - 12 am; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6 pm - 12 am.

- If you are 21 yrs and over £12.21 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £11.51 phr and under 18 yrs £8.47 phr.
- Twilight Uplift: An additional £2.50 per hour for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am.
- Up to £300 per month gain share bonus.
- Up to 10% employer pension contribution.
- Up to 35 days of annual leave including 8 days of bank holidays.
