The Role:

  • As an experienced Technical Product Delivery Manager, you will be delivering in a Retail environment or similar faced-packed customer focused organisation.
  • You’ll have a strong technical background, product acumen, and project management skills to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion within our evolving digital landscape.
  • With excellent stakeholder management you will bridge the gap between platform engineering and internal customers including application developers and data scientists by translating their needs into actionable requirements, managing expectations and fostering clear, continuous communication.
  • You’ll have first hand experience in implementing significant change - including new products or platforms.
  • You\'ll have good judgement, a sense of urgency and will have demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
  • Being a critical thinker, a strong problem-solving with excellent trouble-shooting skills, self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.

Does this sound like you?

  • You’ll be an experienced Technical Product Delivery Manager with a proven track record, preferably focused on developer platforms, infrastructure, or cloud services.
  • With proven strong project management skills, you’ll have experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven ability to manage complex technical projects from conception to launch.
  • You’ll facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, removing blockers and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and team velocity.
  • You’ll have a deep understanding of modern cloud ecosystems, with extensive hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with modern observability concepts and tools, including Datadog, and proven experience with the \"platform as a product\" model and driving adoption of internal tools.
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD principles and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools, particularly Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
  • You’ll be an expert in using JIRA and Confluence for product backlog management, roadmap planning, and documentation.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships across the business at all levels, alongside possessing strong persuasive and influencing capabilities.
