The role

If you Fere passionate about providing a great customer experience join us as a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant.

Youll help customers design and create spaces that make a real difference in their homes.

From the first conversation in our showroom to visiting them at home, youll guide them through the process with care.

Youll take the time to understand what matters to them, offer product advice, and use your design knowledge to bring their ideas to life.

Every project is unique and every project matters.

Youll own the full customer experience from start to finish.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Deliver our full Wickes customer journey: whether its in-store, virtual, or at a customers home, you1 treat every customer with the same attention.
  • Turn prospects into customers finding the best solutions for our customers' space and budget. You1 also be proactive in generating leads within your showroom.
  • Create inspiring designs using our design tools, presenting and refining ideas in collaboration with customers.
  • Look after your showroom maintaining displays and keeping up our high standards.
  • Stay organised and proactive keeping our customers updated and always communicating progress clearly.
  • Stay compliant with all company policies and regulations including finance, GDPR, and health & safety.

About you

  • You2re customer-focused: you2re a great listener who enjoys helping customers and building trusted relationships.
  • You2re sales driven and results-minded: you2re experienced in consultative selling and are motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets while doing what2s right for our customers.
  • You2re creative and practical: you can see the possibilities in a space and know how to make ideas work.
  • You2re calm and confident: you handle challenges with professionalism and keep things moving forward.
  • You2re organised and proactive: you take ownership, stay on top of details, and get things done.
  • You2re industry savvy: you keep up to date with the latest trends and understand your local market
  • Some experience of using design tools would be desirable, however a working knowledge of similar tools such Auto CAD or Photoshop would be an advantage.

You will also need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as you1ll visit customers at home.
