You’ll motivate, guide and support your colleagues to achieve the best customer experience possible.
You’ll be a key holder and supervise your team to complete routine tasks.
Whether that’s ensuring the store is in tip-top shape, fulfilling orders or making sure every customer finds help, you’ll be there to drive success.
This Role is for a 20 hour full‑time Retail Supervisor position, previous experience managing a team or similar position is required.

You ideally have some experience training new team members, supporting scheduling rotas or being a key-holder.

If you are 21 yrs and over £13.39 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.64 phr and under 18 yrs £9.46 phr.
- Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
