An Assistant Manager is the go-to person in the store on shift. You will be there to help inspire your colleagues to deliver the best customer experience in the business and help overcome any issues you come across. Due to the service that Wickes provides, you would be required to help multiple functions across the store. This could mean helping someone plan their dream bathroom one minute and then having to nip outside to help take in the delivery the next, all whilst ensuring everyone is kept safe.

About you... You will have experience in running the show in a fast-paced customer facing environment and be someone who can handle the variety that each day at Wickes brings. You will be highly organised with a passion for ensuring our customers receive the best service we can deliver, all whilst inspiring and leading your team.
