Recruitment Partner – Fixed Term Contract (6 months) We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our close-knit team.

You’ll work closely with our Support Centre functions, focusing on roles in Finance, HR, and Installations.

You need to be well‑organised, proactive, and dedicated to delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities Source and attract top talent for a broad variety of roles across specialist functions.

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Finance, HR and Installations teams.

Work effectively in challenging markets and use creative, innovative direct‑sourcing methods.

Collaborate with hiring managers, support partners and colleagues to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Manage recruitment processes on a 2‑3 days a week in Watford, with flexible hybrid (remote/office) working.

Requirements Experience in an in‑house recruitment role, managing recruitment for varied levels within specialist functions.

Proven ability to source and attract talent in challenging markets.

Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
