Are you looking for that next step up, do you have supervisory experience and are looking to progress your career? Then we may have the role for you. We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our Reading store on Oxford Road. We have over 25 colleagues and a great team. Whether you have managed a team of 2 or 10 we are keen to meet you.

You must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, be able to train new team members, support scheduling rotas and will be a key-holder in store. We offer both early and late shifts as our Store is open from 7am - 8pm. Whatever the day brings, safety will be your first priority. You’ll motivate, guide and support your colleagues to achieve the best customer experience possible. Whether that’s ensuring the store is in tip-top shape, fulfilling orders or making sure every customer finds help, you’ll be there to drive success.

If you are 21 yrs and over £12.86 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.13 phr and under 18 yrs £9.35 phr. Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus. Up to 10% employer pension contribution. Up to 35 days of annual leave including 8 days of bank holidays.
