The Warehouse Assistant is essential to the safe and effective operation of our Warehouse facility. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions that keep our supply chain moving. From Goods In and Stock Putaway to Picking, Marshalling, and Loading, your work ensures our products get where they need to be. You’ll be trained to operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and RF scanning technology, ensuring all equipment is maintained and operated safely. Whether you are managing inventory, sorting site equipment like pallets and totes, or maintaining high standards of warehouse hygiene, you’ll be a vital part of a team dedicated to operational excellence.
Shift Patterns:
- AM 6am - 1:30pm
- PM 2pm - 9:30pm
- Nights 10pm - 5:30am
Working any 5 days out of 7.
About you:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard‑working individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience driving an LLOP.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred) and a basic understanding of stock handling procedures.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes, including the use of warehouse technology and MHE.
