Wickes is seeking an experienced Warehouse MHE Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training on safe operation of Counterbalance and Reach trucks across its warehouse network.

You will certify operators, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting safety improvements.

The role requires 5+ years operating MHE, valid licences, and a proactive, coaching approach. Expect shift work across AM/PM/Nights with travel between Wickes sites.
