The role...

Imagine helping customers transform their houses into their dream homes. In this role, you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll be the expert, guiding them through our market-leading kitchen and bathroom ranges (and more!). Whether you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re welcoming them in-store or visiting them for a home design consultation, you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll use your creative flair to craft innovative designs and turn their visions into reality. You\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll own the entire customer journey, from initial ideas to final choices.

Permanent and Full-time, 39 hours per week.

What we are looking for...

You\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re likely an experienced sales professional with a real passion for kitchens, bathrooms, or other home improvement projects. Perhaps you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ve excelled in a similar retail environment or have experience with in-home consultations.

Ideally, you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll also bring:

  • Proven sales success and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Bonus points for Fusion 2020 knowledge to bring designs to life visually.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for home visits.
