Are you interested in learning a new profession, gaining new skills and experience to launch your career with the UK’s leading home improvement retailer?
We’re looking to recruit new colleagues onto our established 18 month programme. The apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity within the trade sector, tapping into life and trade skills with mentoring support and, on completion, a nationally recognised qualification (Level 2 Fitted Interiors)

During your apprenticeship, you will work alongside a Wickes Approved Installer and will be installing Wickes kitchens into our customers’ homes. This gives you a fantastic opportunity to experience the working environment and put all of your learning into practice.
The formal training element of your apprenticeship will be delivered by our approved training provider WEBS Training Ltd and is focused on the technical aspects of fitting a kitchen, behaviour, customer services and setting up your own business.
