The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

Shift: AM shift 6:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate stock variances, report findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Update stock records and ensure all adjustments are accurately recorded in Calidus.
  • Assist in stock audits and compliance checks to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Accurately enter stock data and generate inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and stock compliance teams to resolve stock issues.
  • Identify potential improvements in stock control processes and contribute to efficiency gains.
  • Carry out additional warehouse duties as required to support operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Basic training in inventory management or stock control.
  • Experience in a warehouse, inventory control or stock management role.
  • Experience handling data entry tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock movement procedures.
