Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate stock variances, report findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Update stock records and ensure all adjustments are accurately recorded in Calidus.
- Assist in stock audits and compliance checks to maintain inventory integrity.
- Accurately enter stock data and generate inventory reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse and stock compliance teams to resolve stock issues.
- Identify potential improvements in stock control processes and contribute to efficiency gains.
- Carry out additional warehouse duties as required to support operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Basic training in inventory management or stock control.
- Experience in a warehouse, inventory control or stock management role.
- Experience handling data entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate stock discrepancies.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock movement procedures.
