Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a 16 hour part time contract.
- Working Hours & Flexibility
- 16 hours per week.
- Shifts are typically spread across 2 days, most likely Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Evening shifts will be required.
- A high degree of flexibility is essential, as shift patterns may vary.

- Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Deal with and assist customers, ensuring a high level of customer service whenever they walk through the doors.
- Provide support across in store touchpoints, manage parking, trolleys, stock placement and deliveries.

- Competitive hourly pay based on age: 21 yrs and over £12.71 ph, 18-20 yrs £12.00 ph, under 18 yrs £8.82 ph.
- Up to £300 per month gain share bonus.
