About the role...
As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead from the front to ensure safety, operational excellence, and provide exceptional customer experience. As a key holder, you will supervise, motivate, and guide your team through daily store routines, from maintaining high store standards and fulfilling orders to providing expert product knowledge and hands‑on customer support.
About you...
You have experience in retail or a similar environment, with a track record of supervising or leading a team when things get busy. You’re comfortable taking on key duties and supporting team rotas and training. You understand what helps a store perform well and care about giving customers a great experience while driving store success.

If you are 21 yrs and over £13.39 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.64 phr and under 18 yrs £9.46 phr.
- Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
- Up to 10% employer pension contribution
- Up to 35 days of annual leave including 8 days of bank holidays
