Wickes is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead our network of Wickes Approved Installers across a defined area, building strong partnerships with installers and customers. You will maximise profitability while guaranteeing quality and service levels that meet and exceed expectations.
You’ll manage SLAs, drive cost control and compliance, develop SOPs, and mentor a team to deliver on-time installations.
