The Role
As a Store Manager at Wickes, you will lead a team, manage workloads and prioritise safety. You will ensure every customer has a great shopping experience and work with a winning mindset. Organise and work with your team to achieve targets. Motivate colleagues and serve customers, ensuring they get the right products and that promotions are up to date and stock is available.
About You
We are looking for an experienced store manager with a proven track record of leading a retail team. A can-do spirit is essential, and you must have KPI and target experience, and the ability to recruit and develop team members.
