We are at a pivotal moment in our journey. As we continue through significant business and HR transformation, we are evolving and improving our Colleague Experience through the moments that matter. We have just completed an extensive round of colleague listening and developed a focused Colleague Experience Roadmap, and now we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to help bring this to life. This is a unique opportunity to help shift to a product‑led model and help define new ways of working. You will be a key member of a collaborative and high‑achieving cross‑functional team, working alongside our Experience and Product Transformation Lead. Together, you will ensure that as we implement our new HR system, the colleague experience remains the central focus of our decision making.
