Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and productive working environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Prepare equipment, resources, and materials promptly and accurately to support lesson plans.
- Support practical activities for groups or one‑to‑one sessions under teacher guidance, ensuring safety and promoting good behaviour.
- Order and maintain supplies to enable smooth lesson delivery and assist staff and pupils in the safe use of equipment.
- Monitor and manage secure storage of equipment to prevent unauthorised access or misuse.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, safely treat and dispose of hazardous substances, and report serious hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of resources and activities.
