Hours: 37 per week – Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4 pm, Friday 8 am to 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and productive working environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Prepare equipment, resources, and materials promptly and accurately to support lesson plans.
  • Support practical activities for groups or one‑to‑one sessions under teacher guidance, ensuring safety and promoting good behaviour.
  • Order and maintain supplies to enable smooth lesson delivery and assist staff and pupils in the safe use of equipment.
  • Monitor and manage secure storage of equipment to prevent unauthorised access or misuse.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, safely treat and dispose of hazardous substances, and report serious hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records of resources and activities.
