Are you a resilient and empathetic professional capable of making a real difference to young people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated Non-Teaching Assistant Head of Year to join our pastoral team, working directly with students to remove barriers to learning and build a culture of success.
About the Role
In this pivotal non-teaching role, you will be the constant, supportive presence for a specific year group.
