We are looking for a dedicated and organised Admin Level 2 to join our Data Team, where you will play a vital role in maintaining high‑quality data, supporting reporting processes and contributing to the effective administration of the school.

About the Role
As an Admin Level 2 in our Data Team, you will support the accurate management of Trust data, maintaining records, updating management information systems and producing reports. Your role will help ensure data is reliable, compliant and readily available to support effective decision‑making across the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Data Administration: Maintain accurate student and school records within the Trust's management information systems, ensuring data is entered, validated and updated in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist with the production of routine reports and data returns, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Systems Support: Support the effective use of data systems across the academy, responding to data‑related queries and helping to maintain compliance with Trust procedures.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to the Data Team, including processing documentation, maintaining records and supporting key school data processes.
The successful candidate must hold an NVQ Level 2 in a relevant field.
