We are currently recruiting for a Learning Mentor Level 1 (Behaviour) to join a supportive primary specialist setting within our trust, working with our most vulnerable children who need support with SEND, SEMH and behavioural barriers. We are seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor who will work as part of our team to support learning and behaviour and to work with targeted groups of pupils, providing the essential support (both academic and pastoral) to help them unlock their potential, reduce their anxieties and succeed at Oldgate Lane as well as in their base schools., to feed this back. Your work, with the team, will make a tangible difference. You don't necessarily need to have worked in a specialist school before.
