Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms, setting out equipment, stationery and exam papers according to established procedures.
- Assist students to their seats, familiarising them with exam protocols and procedures.
- Oversee examination behaviour, ensuring students adhere to protocols and behave appropriately during the testing period.
- Handle queries and irregularities, addressing student concerns and any issues in accordance with school policies.
- Maintain attendance records during examinations, ensuring accountability and compliance with procedures.
- Collect and collate examination papers, maintaining confidentiality and security throughout the process.
- Supervise temporary student movements, ensuring they do not disrupt the examination process.
Essential Information:
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate an effective and creative approach to education, a passion for your subject and a commitment to supporting the development of the department. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check and satisfactory references. A supporting statement (max two sides of A4) must be uploaded, describing why you are applying, how you meet the competencies with examples from your experience, and any additional relevant information.
