Join Our Team as an Exam Invigilator!

Responsibilities
- Prepare Examination Rooms: Help set the stage for success by meticulously laying out equipment, stationery, and examination papers according to established procedures, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless testing experience.
- Assist Students: Guide students to their seats promptly and courteously, familiarising them with examination protocols and procedures to ensure a fair and stress-free testing environment.
- Oversee Examination Behaviour: Maintain a vigilant eye during examinations, ensuring students adhere to examination protocols and behave appropriately throughout the testing period.
- Handle Queries and Irregularities: Be a point of contact for students, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise during the examination. Additionally, handle any irregularities in accordance with school policies, maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
- Maintain Attendance Records: Keep accurate records of student attendance during examinations, ensuring accountability and compliance with procedures.
- Collect and Collate Examination Papers: Wrap up examinations smoothly by collecting and organising examination papers according to school procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security throughout the process.
- Supervise Student Movement: Provide supervision for students who need to leave the examination room temporarily, ensuring they do so without disrupting the examination process or removing any materials.
