About Us

At Wickersley Nursery every day is a new adventure. We believe play is serious business, and we’re passionate about nurturing happy, curious, and confident little learners. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turning giggles into growth by supporting children’s development through play and learning.
  • Creating safe, stimulating, and fun activities (glitter may be involved).
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
  • Keeping an eye out for muddy hands, runny noses, and big developmental milestones.
  • Helping little ones become kind, confident, and ready for the big wide world.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education (or working towards it – let’s talk!).
  • A genuine love of working with children (bonus points if you know every word to “Baby Shark” and still smile).
  • A patient, playful, and caring personality.
  • A team player with a good sense of humour and big imagination.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety.
