A top tier law firm in London is seeking a Structured Finance Associate (2–5 PQE) with direct experience in collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) to join its elite transactional practice.

About the Role
- Advise on the full lifecycle of CLO transactions, including warehouse financing, new issue CLOs, and refinancings/resets
- Draft and negotiate key deal documentation (indentures, offering circulars, management agreements, collateral management agreements)
- Work closely with market-leading partners and senior stakeholders on cross-border transactions
- Support a sophisticated client base including investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds
- Participate in regulatory reviews, investor discussions, and deal structuring strategy
About You
- 2–5 years PQE from a top-tier law firm (UK, US, or global)
- Demonstrated CLO transaction experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of structured finance, debt capital markets, or securitisation
