An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join a highly regarded Private Equity team at a leading London law firm.

You will work on high-value, complex transactions for a premium client base, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated deals in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, and exits
  • Supporting on M&A deals from inception through to completion
