The successful lawyer will operate as the senior figure within the real estate vertical - leading client relationships, shaping delivery infrastructure, helping architect AI-enabled legal workflows, and playing a central role in the long-term growth of the platform.
The firm advises an international client base including private equity sponsors, institutional investors, owner-operator developers, and businesses across the living sector, including student accommodation, healthcare, and operational real estate.

- Lead complex real estate transactions and strategic client mandates end-to-end

Candidate Profile
The firm is interested in speaking with exceptional real estate lawyers across a broad range of seniority levels, although the mandate is expected to suit lawyers with approximately 8+ years' PQE, including more senior partner-level profiles.
Particular interest in lawyers with:
- Strong real estate transactional experience gained at a leading UK or US law firm
- Exposure to private equity, M&A, or complex commercial transactions involving real estate assets
- Experience advising institutional investors, developers, or real estate-backed operating businesses
- A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
