We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Equity Associate to join our client, a prestigious law firm in London. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE at a similar top-tier law firm in the UK, with a strong background in private equity transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, complex deals with leading private equity sponsors and global institutional investors., * Advising clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, exits, and restructurings.

Supporting partners and senior associates in structuring and negotiating deal terms and agreements.

Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, including shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and corporate governance documents.

Managing due diligence processes and liaising with clients, counterparties, and other professional advisors.

Providing strategic advice to clients on legal and commercial risks associated with private equity transactions.

Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments in the private equity market.

3+ years PQE from a top-tier UK law firm with a focus on private equity or corporate transactions.

Strong academic background with excellent academic qualifications from a leading university or law school.

Proven experience advising on private equity deals, with the ability to handle complex transactions independently or as part of a team.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing pragmatic and commercially astute legal advice.
