Job Description

We are working closely with a highly respected, boutique employment law firm in London. Renowned for their expertise and ranked in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, the firm advises both employers and senior employees on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial practice at an exciting stage of growth. Our client is seeking a newly qualified solicitor to strengthen their exceptional team.

The Role


You will:


  • Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work (e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, contracts, and advisory).
  • Support colleagues on complex, multi-faceted disputes and Tribunal claims.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development activities, such as seminars, webinars, and marketing initiatives.


The Ideal Candidate


  • Newly Qualified solicitor, or junior (NQ-2 years PQE) with be with solid experience in employment law. Must be admitted or about to be admitted to practice in England & Wales with the SRA.
  • Proven ability to handle both contentious and advisory work with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and strong client care ethos.
  • Organised, collaborative, and proactive — with a passion for developing client relationships and growing the practice.


Our client is looking for this individual to start in September / October of this year.

As a junior, this firm requires full office attendance.
