  • Private equity backed transactions
  • Growth share structures
  • Management incentive arrangements
  • Buy-and-build strategies
  • Platform and bolt-on acquisitions

The successful candidate will step into a genuinely hands-on role with immediate responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to help lead and develop a growing corporate team.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 5-8+ PQE from a respected corporate practice
  • Strong experience in PE/investment documentation
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Confidence running transactions autonomously
  • Experience supervising juniors/paralegals
  • A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset

Why consider it?

  • Fully remote working
  • High-quality corporate/PE work
  • Strong deal flow
  • Genuine autonomy and responsibility
  • Modern, entrepreneurial culture
