We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a high-calibre Employment Associate (5–7 PQE) to join its elite-ranked London team. This is a strategic hire into a practice recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers, advising major UK and international clients across financial services, private equity, luxury brands, life sciences, transport, hospitality and heavily unionised sectors.
The employment group is known for combining deep sector expertise with seamless cross-border capability. With over 40 employment lawyers across key jurisdictions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the team delivers integrated, commercially driven advice on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters. The practice works closely with pensions, incentives, data protection, regulatory and immigration specialists, offering clients a genuinely holistic employment solution.
You will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation
- Senior executive appointments and exits
- Complex investigations (disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing)
- Regulatory and compliance issues, including SMCR
- TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating remuneration structures and restrictive covenants
- Strategic advisory support to FTSE 100 and multinational clients
