An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join a highly regarded Private Equity team at a leading London law firm. You'll work on high-value, complex transactions for a premium client base, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated deals in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, and exits
- Supporting on M&A deals from inception through to completion
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with specialist teams

About You
- 3–5 years' PQE in Corporate M&A / Private Equity
- Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding
- Experience working on private equity transactions (sponsor-side preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work-streams
