A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Senior Associate to join a fast-growing, modern law firm working on high-quality London-level corporate work - fully remotely. This is NOT a traditional volume M&A role. The team acts heavily for private equity investors, founder-led businesses, and high-growth companies, with a strong focus on:
- Investment agreements
- Shareholders’ agreements
- Private equity backed transactions
- Growth share structures
- Management incentive arrangements
- Buy-and-build strategies
- Platform and bolt-on acquisitions
The successful candidate will step into a genuinely hands-on role with immediate responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to help lead and develop a growing corporate team.
You’ll ideally have:
- 5-8+ PQE from a respected corporate practice
- Strong experience in PE/investment documentation
