Our client is a Top 100 UK professional services firm with a strong client base in the entertainment industry, is looking for a commercially minded Corporate Associate to join its dynamic in-house legal and advisory team. While the role spans corporate and commercial matters, the focus is firmly on corporate transactions.

💼 The Role

You'll work as part of an integrated team advising on high-value national transactions including M&A, investments, and group restructures. This is a rare in-house opportunity to engage in complex deal work with the flexibility to be fully remote or office-based.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Advising on M&A, investments, and restructures
• Leading on legal due diligence and transaction documentation
• Drafting commercial contracts and corporate documents
• Collaborating with finance, tax, and audit teams
• Engaging with clients on strategic matters

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ PQE as a UK-qualified solicitor
• Strong transactional experience (private practice or in-house)
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage matters independently and proactively
