A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. This position offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across real estate M&A, joint ventures, fund formations, and club deals, working alongside some of the market’s most respected partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate real estate M&A, joint ventures, and investment structures
- Drafting and negotiating documentation for fund formations, club deals, and co-investment arrangements
- Acting for a wide range of clients including developers, institutional investors, private equity firms, and fund managers
- Providing strategic and commercial advice on cross-border and UK-based real estate investments
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s corporate, finance, and real estate teams
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in corporate real estate, M&A, or funds work
- Excellent drafting, structuring, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships confidently
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
