What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising employees on all aspects of employment law, including discrimination & whistleblowing
- Disciplinary & grievance issues
- Settlement agreement negotiations
- Running your own caseload with independence and confidence
- Drafting letters before action, settlement proposals, and detailed assessments
- Negotiating strong settlements and preparing cases for litigation where needed
- Recording time accurately and meeting realistic billing targets
- Helping improve digital processes, tools, and the overall client journey
About You
- 2 PQE+ in Employment Law
- Strong billing track record
- Experience in a small firm or private practice setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Comfortable with legal tech and remote working
- Positive, proactive, solution‑focused attitude
