A well-established boutique commercial law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to support and grow its employment offering during an exciting phase of development. This is a 100% remote role, offering genuine flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enhancing a growing employment practice within a close-knit, high-performing firm.

The Opportunity

  • Fully remote, permanent position within a boutique firm known for quality over volume
  • Work directly with senior leadership and have real influence over the development of the employment team
  • Advise employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including corporate support (TUPE, employment DD, transactional advice)
  • Manage your own varied caseload while contributing to business development and department growth

  • Qualified Employment Solicitor with circa 3+ years’ experience
  • Strong technical grounding across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
