Legal Recruitment, Document Review and Translation. Seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Associate with approximately 3 years post-qualification experience to join a growing and ambitious multi-office law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment on a broad range of matters for a varied client base.

The Role

You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on corporate and commercial transactions, providing strategic and practical advice to clients across multiple sectors.

The role will involve:

  • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and joint venture arrangements.
  • Supporting corporate restructuring projects and company law compliance.
  • Advising on data protection, intellectual property, and other commercial matters.
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with around 3-5 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work to deadlines.
