Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer (Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)
A well-established and friendly Essex based law firm is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and supportive team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer looking to balance high-quality residential conveyancing work with greater flexibility and work-life balance.
The Role:
You will take on a varied and manageable residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum of 2 years\’ residential conveyancing experience
- Confident in handling a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A friendly and proactive team player
