A well-established and growing Commercial Litigation team at a respected Central London firm is looking to hire a Commercial Litigation Associate (2–6+ PQE) to support a busy and high-quality disputes practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigator who enjoys real estate-driven disputes, wants genuine responsibility, and is keen to work closely with experienced partners on complex, interesting matters.

You’ll be exposed to a broad and stimulating caseload, with a strong focus on property and real estate litigation, including:

  • Commercial lease disputes
  • Lease renewals and break notices
  • Property-related contractual disputes

You’ll have direct client contact, autonomy on files (with support), and the chance to play a visible role in matters from pre-action through to trial.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely be:

  • UK-qualified (England & Wales)
  • Strong background in Commercial Litigation
  • Solid experience in Real Estate Litigation / Landlord & Tenant (essential)
  • Commercially minded with strong drafting and advocacy skills
  • Confident dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
