An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate (3–5 PQE) to join a highly regarded Private Equity team at a leading London law firm.

You’ll work on high-value, complex transactions for a premium client base, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated deals in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments, and exits
  • Supporting on M&A deals from inception through to completion
  • Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
  • Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with specialist teams
  • Building strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
About You
  • 3–5 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A / Private Equity
  • Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding
  • Experience working on private equity transactions (sponsor-side preferred but not essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work-streams
