A well-established and friendly Essex based law firm is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and supportive team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The Role: You will take on a varied and manageable residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity

- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
