We are currently recruiting for an Experienced SMSTS Site Manager for a project near Ilfracombe, Devon.

Job Details:

  • Daily running of High end Housing project
  • Keeping project on schedule
  • Reporting and liaising with contracts manager and quantity surveyors
  • Management of site trades and contractors
  • Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety on site

You will be working on behalf of Wick Hollow for our Client who is a high end residential house builder.

Start Date: Thursday 05/06/2025

Pay: £250 per day. Weekly pay based on Time sheet.

You will need to:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Proven track record in similar roles
  • Relevant experience
  • Have PPE
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Have proof of right to work in the UK
