This is a key senior hire for the agency — an exciting opportunity for a digital leader who thrives on turning data into direction, insight into impact, and performance into progress. You’ll work across media, strategy, analytics, and innovation, helping shape the agency’s performance-led offering and drive commercial growth for both clients and the agency itself.

The Role:

  • You’ll lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative, data-informed media strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.
  • From shaping pitch-winning proposals to setting campaign KPIs and building robust attribution models, you’ll be the strategic brain behind high-impact digital and offline campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, planning, and implementation of cross-channel media campaigns aligned to commercial outcomes.
  • Define clear KPIs, forecast ROI, and develop attribution and measurement models.
  • Make smart media spend decisions and continuously optimise performance.
  • Stay ahead of martech innovations, digital compliance, and media trends.
  • Design A/B and multivariate testing frameworks and interpret results.
  • Present actionable insights to internal teams and client stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior performance or media strategy role, ideally in an agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media platforms and how they integrate with analytics and tracking tools.
  • Proven expertise in ROI modelling, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Confidence working directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience beyond the NI market and/or Ecommerce familiarity.
  • Proficiency with platforms like Kantar, Nielsen, Dynata.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
