Digital Account Executive
Whytematter is currently supporting a well-established agency in Belfast to recruit a Digital Account Executive to join their talented team. This role is hybrid, based in their Belfast office.
Role Priorities:
- Support the Client Services team and Digital Account Manager
- Communicate and deliver on client objectives in a clear and timely manner
- Maintain a customer-focused approach: attentive, polite, advisory, and helpful
- Client & Business Administration
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Client Services & Account Directors as needed
- Clearly communicate client objectives between client and agency
- Manage and execute social media/digital plans from brief to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and financial targets are achieved
- Liaise with the studio to manage workflow through production
- Manage third-party suppliers and media bookings as required
- Deliver monthly client management reports to the Account Director, including client status, performance, proposals, billing plans, and financial forecasts
- Brief the studio, proof copy, write content, and manage content
- Manage prizes, competitions, and coordinate events
- Develop engaging social media calendars and optimize content for each platform
- Analyze digital marketing activities, including posts, content, advertising costs, and results
- Adhere to processes, manage requisitions, and complete daily timesheets
- Resolve queries between Finance and Client Services
- Show respect to all staff, clients, and suppliers
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role
