An established insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join its Belfast-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional with strong commercial or corporate broking experience to work with a varied portfolio of mid-sized and larger clients. You will support senior colleagues in delivering high-quality insurance programmes while taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of client accounts across a broad range of Property and Casualty risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, policy queries and general account servicing
- Support the delivery of insurance programmes for mid-sized and larger corporate clients
- Work with insurers to obtain and negotiate appropriate coverage and terms
- Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
- Provide clear and timely advice based on clients’ requirements and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets regulatory and internal standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of client service
About you:
- At least three years’ commercial or corporate insurance broking experience
- Experience handling complex risks and the requirements of larger clients
- Good technical knowledge across Property and Casualty insurance
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Confident managing renewals and competing priorities
- Highly organised, accurate and client-focused
- CII qualified or working towards a relevant qualification would be advantageous
Candidates currently working within a larger commercial insurance environment may also be considered where they can demonstrate experience with complex risks and clients.
