We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support across the UK and Ireland. You will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining compliant practices, and ensuring our People processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration
    • Maintain accurate employee data within the HR system.
    • Prepare contracts, letters, and reports.
    • Advise managers on policies and procedures.
    • Ensure GDPR compliance and respond to employee queries.
    • Improve HR systems, workflows, and reporting.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support an inclusive candidate journey.
    • Support hiring managers with the ATS, interviews, and fair selection practices.
    • Help deliver structured and engaging onboarding.
  • Payroll & Benefits
    • Provide accurate data to payroll.
    • Assist employees with benefits queries.
  • Policies, Compliance & Reporting
    • Keep documentation legally compliant across jurisdictions.
    • Review and update policies and communicate changes.
    • Track legislation updates and produce HR metrics.
  • Learning & Development
    • Coordinate and track training.
    • Support delivery of learning programmes and L&D events.
    • Assist with embedding the Learning Management System.
