We are looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support across the UK and Ireland. You will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining compliant practices, and ensuring our People processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HR system.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and reports.
- Advise managers on policies and procedures.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and respond to employee queries.
- Improve HR systems, workflows, and reporting.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support an inclusive candidate journey.
- Support hiring managers with the ATS, interviews, and fair selection practices.
- Help deliver structured and engaging onboarding.
- Payroll & Benefits
- Provide accurate data to payroll.
- Assist employees with benefits queries.
- Policies, Compliance & Reporting
- Keep documentation legally compliant across jurisdictions.
- Review and update policies and communicate changes.
- Track legislation updates and produce HR metrics.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate and track training.
- Support delivery of learning programmes and L&D events.
- Assist with embedding the Learning Management System.
