They are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social channels.

The Opportunity
As Senior Digital Account Manager, you will take ownership of paid media strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms, ensuring activity delivers against clear business objectives.
Working closely with colleagues across strategy, creative, content and client services, you'll help clients maximise their digital investment while contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement high-performing paid media strategies aligned to client objectives. Create channel plans, audience targeting strategies, budget allocations and performance frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency and scalability.
- PPC & Paid Social Management: Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of PPC and paid social campaigns. Manage activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Oversee campaign setup, testing, budget management, tracking and reporting. Use data and platform insights to drive continual performance improvements.
- Performance & Reporting: Take ownership of campaign performance and delivery against agreed KPIs. Analyse data and customer journeys to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth. Deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on performance insights.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for clients. Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations and future opportunities with confidence. Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.
- Commercial & Agency Growth: Support client retention and account growth through proactive digital recommendations. Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities. Assist with forecasting, budgeting and ensuring profitable campaign delivery.
About You
You'll be an experienced digital marketing professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing with significant PPC and paid media expertise.
- Previous experience in a senior, lead or management position.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, including planning, optimisation and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Ads.
- Proven paid social experience, particularly across Meta platforms.
- Experience managing performance against commercial objectives and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience using GA4, tracking, attribution and conversion reporting tools.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Looker Studio, SEMrush and native advertising platforms.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

- Offline conversion tracking and CRM-integrated reporting.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C campaigns.
